Senior Manager IT Business Unit

• Responsible for administration and safeguarding from an IT perspective
• Identify and improve business system needs and objectives
• Implement KPI's and best practices for the role
• Lead and manage day-to-day activities within the IT data center
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and designers for software programs and applications
• Train, manage, and provide guidance to users
• Develop yearly budget for I.T. and project plan
• Ensure service levels and quality metrics are achieved
• Administer diagnostic analysis of test results
• Establish vendor schedule for system support
• Ensure backup DR readiness and conduct rehearsals
• Monitor SLA level performance and compliance with policies and regulations

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Systems, Network, and/or Security, preferably in banks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong technical skills in local and wide area networks, systems administration
• Knowledge in CISCO Device Management Skills / Redbox Voice Recording preferred
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
