Position

As a Principal Solution Engineer, you will work closely with large global customers to architect world-class experience management programs that drive a culture of action and business value. This role will involve working on significant Enterprise deals in the Middle East market based in our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales technical and functional support and solution strategy to prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Consult with customer management and participate in sales planning and business development activities.
  • Develop and present Qualtrics software solutions, including advanced product concepts and third-party complementary services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and develop Qualtrics products.
  • Drive the adoption of Qualtrics solutions within strategic accounts.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Sales and Technical roles within a SaaS/Cloud environment.
  • Experience working with Enterprise-level accounts across various industries.
  • Ability to communicate technical aspects of SaaS software effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
