Digital Technology Intern

Raytheon Technologies is seeking interns to join our Digital Technology (DT) team. The interns will be involved in a variety of engagements that work closely with our functional partners and leadership. This position will provide IT services, assist in developing DT solutions for various functions, and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improving service efficiency.

This role is designed for DT studies students eager to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment for a short period. Interns are expected to take initiative and engage in self-directed learning while working collaboratively with the team to set and achieve common goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Champion IT Operation service improvements utilizing best practices and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
• Suggest and implement automation solutions for manual and labor-intensive DT tasks and other functions.
• Resolve issues related to DT Operation services.
• Analyze service data and evaluate results to determine the best resolutions for customer service challenges.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Student GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0.
• An official university letter is required to be included with the CV.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); effective communication skills are essential.
