As a Director in Solution Engineering, you will collaborate closely with Sales Leaders and the Sales team to drive growth and take a strategic approach to advancing our journey. This role is pivotal within the Solution Engineering Leadership Team, requiring extensive experience in managing teams, driving transformational change, and engaging effectively with C-level executives.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, and consulting skills. A demonstrated track record in stakeholder management, particularly at the C-level, and the ability to translate relationships into revenue is essential. You will be expected to be a transformational thinker, leading the business through innovative and disruptive ideas.
This position will focus significantly on customer engagement, establishing strong partnerships with our most strategic customers, and assisting them in implementing data analytics strategies that deliver value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse Solution Engineering team to capture market share.
- Partner with Sales leadership to support commercial deals and acquire new clients.
- Foster innovation within the solution selling approach.
- Establish and maintain C-level relationships across key accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales organization to develop and execute growth plans aligned with strategic vision.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 8+ years in leadership roles within Solution Engineering or Pre-Sales.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise application implementation.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in delivering Data & AI solutions that address significant business challenges.
- Deep knowledge of Data, AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Governance.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, data architecture, and the Salesforce platform.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Chief Data Office or Chief Data Scientist roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data, AI, and Analytics technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
