As a Revenue Cloud Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in driving customer success by showcasing the power of our solutions. You will collaborate with sales teams to design, demonstrate, and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to each customer’s unique challenges.

Your Impact:
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them address their unique challenges and achieve their goals using the Salesforce Revenue Cloud Suite. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Discover: Collaborate with business and technical customers to identify their difficulties and uncover opportunities to add value through our offerings.
  • Design: Craft innovative solutions that simplify revenue processes, including quoting, contracting, billing, and order management.
  • Deliver: Lead engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and sessions that connect business needs to Salesforce solutions, emphasizing innovations in our platform.
  • Enable: Educate internal teams and external audiences on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
  • Digest: Keep abreast of product roadmaps, industry news, and trends to provide insightful recommendations to customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, web technologies, and APIs.
  • Understanding of accounting, billing, tax, revenue recognition, and subscription-based models.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Pre-sales consulting experience, including RFP support and solution design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise with Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Financial Management certifications).
  • Experience as a solution/sales engineer for related systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce products.
  • Knowledge of subscription billing, revenue recognition, and SaaS pricing models.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is essential.
