As a Service Cloud Principal Specialist Solution Engineer, you will play a vital role in our sales cycle as a trusted advisor, delivering thought leadership and enhancing the customer experience. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to interpret business objectives and present compelling solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle in collaboration with various teams.
  • Understand customer needs to position Salesforce’s products as the optimal solution for unique challenges.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and personalized demos of Salesforce products.
  • Engage in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to maintain essential knowledge for success.
  • Meet quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
  • Respond promptly to RFPs and lead the technical aspect of the sales cycle.
  • Show interest in career development through internal training and mentorship initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Digital Transformation strategies in regulated industries.
  • Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, or training in enterprise software.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management abilities in dynamic team settings.
  • Team-oriented with problem-solving skills in energizing environments.
  • Passionate about technology, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
