We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant to join our passionate team in Riyadh. This role is suited for individuals who have a knack for identifying multiple solutions to complex problems in a fast-paced, super-agile environment. Responsibilities

  • Understand and document the customer infrastructure.
  • Create the architecture diagram for Seclore's setup within the customer infrastructure.
  • Handle multiple technical deployments simultaneously, each with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Achieve a strong understanding of Seclore products and gain expertise.
  • Manage technical implementation and upgrades of Seclore products.
  • Engage in technical discussions with the client’s IT team.
  • Learn new concepts introduced by customers efficiently.
  • Understand the technical implementation processes at the customer’s end.
  • Conduct testing of new features prior to production upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the support and engineering teams across various expertise.
  • Train users in IT systems.

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret the complex architecture of clients' environments, creating design and architecture documents for Seclore product implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of web servers and application servers (e.g., Apache, Tomcat, IIS, WebLogic), including detailed knowledge of their configuration parameters.
  • Proficient understanding of SSL, Exchange, DNS, basic firewall concepts, DMZ, proxy, and reverse proxy.
  • Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in server operating systems (Windows 8, 8.1, 10; Linux).
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCP, RHEL).
  • Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocols.
  • Familiarity with databases like Oracle/MSSQL and LDAP.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
