About the Job:
The Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow works with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. As part of this diverse team, you will drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction, aiding customers in recognizing the value of their ServiceNow investment. You will play a critical role as a Principal Workflow Architect, focusing primarily on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), but also considering IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thought leadership and deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow product capabilities and complementary technologies.
  • Participate in workshops with customers to assess current and future processes.
  • Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture for long-term success, adhering to ServiceNow technical standards.
  • Advise customers on utilizing the ServiceNow Platform to enhance their business processes.
  • Assist customers in completing necessary documentation such as business requirement workbooks.
  • Provide feedback to product development to enhance the product based on customer experiences.
  • Maintain relevant skills and certifications.
  • Lead technical aspects of project and solution delivery.
  • Mentor field resources in implementation methodology and best practices.
  • Engage in customer-facing roles with some travel across the Middle East region.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
  • Ability to influence and consult effectively in a customer environment, providing options with pros and cons.
  • IT domain expertise related to ServiceNow products.
  • Experience in driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • ServiceNow certifications related to the position.
  • Proficiency in Web Technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Web Services, XML) and familiarity with SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a customer-centric attitude.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is required.
