Sr Advisory Solution Consultant - Technology Workflows

In this role, you will act as a technical consultant with the responsibility of developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team, guiding revenue for one of our key products. Your efforts will be instrumental in achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and align solutions with their needs.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and partners, guiding strategic programs in top accounts.
• Provide product demonstrations and feedback to enhance product management strategies.
• Share best practices and reusable resources to improve team efficiency.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive analysis, supporting marketing events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Extensive pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers, marketers, partners, and professional service teams.
• Territory management and pipeline building skills.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English.
