We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) – Business Transformation for our team in Riyadh (KSA). In this role, you will support and manage strategic ARIS opportunities in the KSA and Middle East region, acting as a passionate advocate for Business Process Management (BPM).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
- Engage in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions and BPM strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our tool's capabilities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and RFPs/RFIs with precision.
- Deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
- Mentor and train junior team members on BPM best practices.
- Participate in industry events to promote our BPM solutions and gather market insights.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a BPM practitioner in roles such as presales or consulting.
- Deep expertise or strong familiarity with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, and related methodologies.
- Proven ability to present technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay current with BPM trends and methodologies.
