We are currently seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) – Business Transformation to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Solution Architect in our presales team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing strategic ARIS opportunities in the KSA and Middle East region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a passionate advocate for Business Process Management (BPM).
- Lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
- Engage in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions and BPM strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our tool's capabilities.
- Address customer inquiries and respond to RFPs and RFIs with precision.
- Deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
- Develop industry-specific or use case-specific showcases to highlight solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position our BPM solutions effectively.
- Mentor and train junior team members on BPM best practices and solution delivery.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our BPM solutions and gather market insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a BPM practitioner in presales, consulting, or as a BPM expert.
- Deep expertise or familiarity with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Simulation, Process Governance, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies.
- Proven ability to effectively present technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders with a focus on value-driven selling.
- Hands-on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools, with the ability to demonstrate and configure these platforms.
- Strong technical acumen to address customer inquiries on topics such as product architecture, security, and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer challenges and propose effective BPM solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Experience in using or implementing ARIS or a similarly mature product.
- Involvement in key transformation projects as a consultant or project manager.
- Business fluent in English and Arabic.
