About the Job:

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in aiding our prospective customers by providing deep technical expertise, assisting them in evaluating our solutions, and driving technical presentations and demonstrations. You will work closely with the Sales team as well as Marketing, Product Management, and Development teams to provide feedback about our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help prospective customers understand how Sonar's Clean as You Code approach fits within their software development lifecycle
- Lead technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities through presentations and product evaluations
- Advise customers on the best alignment of Sonar solutions with their deployment strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems encountered by prospective customers
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams post-sale to ensure successful product adoption
- Provide technical enablement to channel partners
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development or DevOps engineering
- Knowledge of local and cloud-based software deployment platforms (Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are advantageous
