As the GRC Engineer at Space42, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks essential to our operations. You will take technical ownership of ServiceNow GRC processes, managing configurations, integrations, and custom developments. Your focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering technical innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow GRC platform to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update the platform, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems.
- Automate GRC workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support for the ServiceNow GRC platform, troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to address technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for effective platform usage.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and conduct regular security audits.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications: ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Implementation, ServiceNow GRC; professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical GRC specialist role or similar.
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC processes and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, GDPR, EAR, ITAR).
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced technical understanding of the ServiceNow GRC module.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash).
