Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant based in Abu Dhabi. The Consultant will analyze business processes, provide consulting services, and implement Oracle HCM solutions for clients on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Support:

  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and HR Helpdesk.
  • Perform Redwood Migration.
  • Complete at least two full life cycles of each module.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, translating them into system functionalities.

• Technical Skills:

  • Use tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, Spreadsheet Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), and File Based Load (FBL).
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Sets, UDT, and Personalization.

• Problem Solving:

  • Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of the HCM system.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

• Client Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide support and gather requirements.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, estimations, POCs, and solutioning.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and data flow in Fusion HCM applications.
  • Proficient in SQL, PLSQL, OTBI, and reporting technologies.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
