Position

The Analyst, Technical Support will provide first-level support for mission-critical regulatory applications. Responsibilities include interacting with users, regulators, and vendors to resolve issues, managing changes, and facilitating quicker deliveries by coordinating with various technology domains. The role involves implementing vulnerability fixes and patches on application infrastructure, participating in service review meetings, supporting bi-annual disaster recovery drills, and managing incidents in collaboration with MIM teams. A background in development and troubleshooting is preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Support Manager in managing regulatory applications.
  • Support the country technology team with application support.
  • Participate in risk management and application enhancement tasks.
  • Interact with users, regulators, and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Experience in application development and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in .NET, JAVA, Microsoft SQL administration, and SQL scripting.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Windows server environments, and middleware channels.
  • Effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to influence and negotiate across multiple technology domains.
  • Adaptability in handling daily work challenges.
  • Strong sense of accountability in resolving issues.
  • Understanding of banking systems and operations.
  • Service quality focus for business and customers.

Language Requirements: Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, in English.
