Junior IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second level technical support to the production and support teams.
• Be the first point of contact for technical knowledge and expertise.
• Prioritize duties effectively ensuring that all relevant parties are informed of ticket status and changes.
• Maintain essential IT infrastructure, operating systems, tools, hardware and assets of the studio.
• Be the bridge between internal teams and external service providers wherever needed.
• Provide out of hours support when the need arises.
• Build, deploy, and configure development systems for current and new employees.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Comfortable with installing and working with software on Windows, Linux, and Mac.
• Knowledge of Active Directory would be appreciated.
• A passion for IT and new technology.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware with experience diagnosing common issues.
• Good written and verbal skills with English.
• A fast learner with the ability to follow processes and procedures.
