We are building a cutting-edge platform that connects brands with the most relevant and engaging influencers, streamlining the entire campaign lifecycle. We are seeking a visionary and highly motivated CTO & Co-Founder to join our founding team. As a key leader, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the technical direction of our platform and driving its development from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly evolving industry and build a world-class product.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Define and execute the overall technical vision and strategy for the platform. Lead all aspects of software development, including architecture, design, implementation, and testing. Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the platform.
- Hands-on Development: Be a key contributor to the development process. Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across the full stack (frontend, backend, and database). Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party services. Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Team Building & Management: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team. Mentor and guide junior engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Prioritize and manage the product roadmap. Conduct research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends.
- Fundraising & Growth: Contribute to fundraising efforts by presenting the technical vision to investors. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO or Lead Engineer with a successful track record of building and scaling high-growth technology products.
- Deep expertise in full-stack development with strong proficiency in:
- Frontend: JavaScript (React, Vue, Angular), HTML, CSS
- Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, Java, etc.
- Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Cloud Computing: AWS, Azure, GCP (experience with serverless architectures a plus)
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles including design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and testing methodologies.
- Passion for building high-quality, user-centric products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to build something great.
