FIRCO Techno Functional Consultant (Design Architect)

About the Job:
Synechron is urgently seeking a FIRCO Techno Functional Consultant – Design Architect in Abu Dhabi. Ideal candidates should have over 10 years of relevant experience in the banking IT domain, focusing on compliance and screening solutions.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance projects from clients, focusing on the Firco service line projects.
• Implement and integrate Firco screening solutions within complex banking environments.
• Ensure customer reporting requirements meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of Firco solutions at assigned clients.
• Interface and integrate strategies with external systems and processes.

Required Experience:

• 10-15 years of professional experience in Banking IT, with at least 10 years in the screening domain.
• Expertise in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and Firco Screen solutions.
• Experience in integrating Firco Continuity with multiple payment gateways across various countries.
• Knowledge of payment message formats such as SWIFT, UAEFTS, and local gateways in regions like the UK, France, India, and GCC.

Necessary Skills:

• Documentation of solution and architecture between source and screening solutions.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Visio.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Ability to work in both waterfall and SCRUM delivery models.
