Informatica BDM Developer

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Informatica BDM Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) using Informatica Big Data Management (BDM) 10.2.X, along with extensive experience in working with complex data sources and a deep understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage ETL processes using Informatica BDM 10.2.X.
• Implement push-down modes using Spark, Blaze, and Hive execution engines.
• Deploy dynamic mappings using Informatica BDM 10.2.X.
• Transform and load complex data sources, including unstructured and NoSQL data.
• Utilize expertise in Hive Database, including Hive DDL, partitioning, and Hive Query Language.
• Understand and apply strong SQL/PLSQL skills in ETL development.
• Work with Oracle, Sybase, and SQL databases.
• Implement data lake and dimensional data modeling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Informatica BDM Developer, particularly with Informatica BDM 10.2.X.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and push-down modes (Spark, Blaze, Hive).
• Strong understanding of Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark, Hive).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other ETL tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality processes.
