Position

As the Digital Asset Business Lead, you will report to the Head of Digital Assets, overseeing the creation, planning, implementation, and monitoring of a customer-facing platform (app, widget, or chat bot). Your primary responsibility will be to define and evolve product/feature concepts across multiple segments while driving global growth for digital health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate market and industry trends, developing new concepts and best practices for Digital Assets.
  • Take ownership of building proofs of concept (POCs), business models, and roadmaps to enhance asset performance and utilization.
  • Design customer-centric journeys and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with delivery timelines.
  • Manage relationships across departments, serving as an ambassador for Digital Assets.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to align with corporate strategies and departmental goals.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans, establishing performance criteria and KPIs.
  • Analyze performance reports and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • A university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in launching and scaling digital products.
  • Knowledge of analytics, AI technologies, and data science.
  • Understanding of the digital health ecosystem and insurance sector.
  • Legally permitted to work in the UAE.
  • Fluent in MS Office and adept at internet navigation and research.

Behavioral Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing management.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail under pressure.
  • Self-directed with a results-oriented mentality.
