As a Senior Technical Success Manager, your primary goal will be to establish trusting relationships with our customers, guiding them through the technical adoption and effective utilization of OutSystems technology. You will assess their ecosystems, internal processes, and business needs to formulate actionable plans that maximize platform value.

In this role, you will delve into development topics and other areas that define us as a full-stack platform, including AI, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Monitoring. You will collaborate with various internal teams such as Customer Success, R&D, Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Global Support, advocating for our customers' key challenges and requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coach customers on successfully implementing OutSystems in complex IT ecosystems.
  • Facilitate communication among multiple technical stakeholders both at the customer site and within OutSystems.
  • Strategically drive cross-functional discussions to expand platform usage.
  • Invest in continual research on Customer Success and OutSystems topics to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with key Field stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Solution Architects, etc.).
  • Perform technical reviews and share insights to foresee and address potential issues.
  • Design technical adoption plans to ensure sustainable technology growth.
  • Document and categorize common customer issues for further dissemination across OutSystems teams.
  • Serve as a customer advocate within OutSystems.
  • Deliver important updates regarding the OutSystems product roadmap.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer service experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Mobile/Web application development.
  • 3+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Team Lead, Technical Coach, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Proficient in web and mobile development with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases, C#, Java, and ALM/APM practices and tools.
  • OutSystems development and administration experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in professional services, support, engineering, or sales engineering roles.
  • Ability to manage and cultivate existing enterprise customer relationships through engagement.
  • Practical knowledge of modern IT ecosystems, including VPNs, firewalls, and cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft, Google).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or computer science field is mandatory.
