We are seeking a skilled Kronos Engineer to provide expert-level support, advanced troubleshooting, and technical enhancements for our Kronos Workforce platform (Workforce Central or Dimensions). This role involves:
- Functional system configuration, custom development, integration support for scheduling and attendance modules.
- Acting as the final escalation point (L3) for complex Kronos issues, responsible for analyzing and resolving advanced technical problems related to custom pay rules, interface failures, and system performance.
- Ensuring system uptime, leading incident resolution efforts, conducting root cause analysis, and contributing to knowledge sharing across support tiers.
- Configuring and maintaining advanced Kronos system components, including delegation rules, workflows based on specific scenarios, dynamic email and notification templates, and custom reports with tailored user roles and permissions.
- Developing custom queries using SQL and Workforce Integration Manager to support reporting, automation, and data validation.
- Designing, testing, and maintaining APIs and web services for integration between Kronos and various systems such as HRMS, Payroll (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle), and external scheduling tools.
- Monitoring and supporting middleware tools like Dell Boomi and MuleSoft to ensure efficient interface operations with Kronos.
- Participating in Kronos version upgrades, conducting patch testing, and performing regression testing to ensure system stability and compatibility.
