Synechron is seeking an experienced Product Architect with over 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product architecture and a strong technical background in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance products. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create innovative solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
Job Description:
- Design and document scalable, maintainable, and reusable product architectures that meet both current and future business needs.
- Collaborate with business owners and product managers to identify and define solutions for complex business requirements.
- Lead the creation of technical architecture for complex products, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and roadmap.
- Drive internal proof of concept initiatives by quickly designing and implementing prototypes of systems or components with a well-structured architecture.
- Work closely with development and delivery teams to define, build, and deploy product strategies.
- Translate business requirements into system-specific functional and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for product development and integration.
- Propose and decompose large architectural objectives into smaller, manageable tasks for the development team.
- Provide expert knowledge of technical and middleware architecture as a subject matter expert (SME) to operations and application development teams.
- Ensure product design avoids technical debt by creating scalable and reusable assets, components, and frameworks.
- Research, evaluate, document, and maintain best practices and design patterns related to end-to-end solutions and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing Products.
- Proven experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle product development projects.
- Experience creating and designing the technical architecture for complex products and their implementations.
- Strong knowledge of software development, systems integration, and architecture principles.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and development frameworks.
