Solution Architect

We currently have an urgent opening for a Solution Architect with over 12 years of experience at Synechron in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background (Master’s degree or higher) and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect with demonstrated expertise in various AI domains including, but not limited to, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced AI solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance on AI best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Implement AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI practices.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and AI engineers.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in AI architecture and implementation across various domains.
• Proven expertise in areas such as Computer Vision, NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Arabic.
