We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Checkout team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience, specifically focusing on improving the checkout journey. Your primary goal will be to optimize and simplify the user experience for purchases, with an emphasis on engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance user engagement and conversion rates by improving the lovability of the checkout experience.
  • Develop new features, such as cashback and subscriptions, to drive customer retention and new revenue streams.
  • Launch subscription models for merchants, providing more value and flexibility to users.
  • Drive small, incremental improvements in the eCommerce experience to enhance user satisfaction and increase loyalty.
  • Prioritize user-centered design by addressing local needs and regional challenges to ensure a seamless checkout process across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to understand merchant needs and create design solutions that enhance growth and user experience.
  • Ensure cross-platform consistency to maintain seamless design and performance across mobile and desktop.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and improve the overall user journey.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on eCommerce and UX/UI design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant experience in designing user-centric products.
  • Experience in designing new product features like cashback, subscriptions, and merchant-specific offerings.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
