We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our CX & Internal tools team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience for both customers and colleagues, focusing on improving interfaces and business processes. Your primary goal will be to launch a major B2E product and support our existing tools for customer support and other operational teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch new products by taking ownership of launching new tools or experiences — from early discovery to go-live — ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
  • Improve existing products and scenarios by removing friction and raising the overall quality of experience through thoughtful design iterations.
  • Invest time in understanding the business, operations, and user needs to design relevant and impactful solutions.
  • Regularly use internal tools to identify issues, uncover opportunities, and advocate for improvements.
  • Participate in key product and tech discussions to help shape outcomes early on.
  • Plan and execute user research to validate ideas, discover pain points, and guide design decisions.
  • Contribute to the internal design system to support consistency, scalability, and speed across products.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools.
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating the ability to design complex products in a simple, user-friendly way.
  • Familiarity with best interaction practices and strong visual design skills.
  • Experience working independently, possibly in a startup, as a solo designer, a founder, or in a small internal team.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly to both designers and C-level executives.
  • A system-thinking approach with a focus on long-term solutions while remaining flexible.
