- Design, document, and evolve core data processes to support operational excellence, model performance, and product experimentation.
- Optimize the use of tools for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and observability, enabling seamless data accessibility and reliability.
- Ensure all processes and tooling adhere to internal standards, data governance policies, and industry best practices.

What you need to be successful
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, product, product operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
- Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
- Strong English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Good understanding of data science definitions and terms.
