About the Job:
Tamara is seeking an Associate Product Designer to join our design team as part of our Builders Program - Graduate Track. This 12-month internship is designed to elevate exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders by offering a comprehensive hands-on experience that accelerates professional growth. Participants will work on company-wide initiatives and gain professional development while addressing live business challenges.

As Associate Product Designer, you will create intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about UI/UX and digital product development. You will collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to bring design concepts to life.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across products.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Experience:
- Internship or co-op training experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
Skills:
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or personal projects acceptable).
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
