Position

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with expertise in the production support and operations of E-commerce payments, including Merchant Integration solutions for integrated ECR and unattended terminals. The role involves face-to-face interactions and online payment settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for E-commerce online payments and settlements.
Work with a technical overview of software development platforms such as Java and .NET.
Troubleshoot transaction-level issues related to online payment flows and setups.
Engage in merchant integrations for semi-integrated and fully integrated payment solutions.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in the payment industry.
Knowledge on Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and databases (SQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with interfaces such as XML, API, NEST, and ISO8583.
