Data Center Support Engineer

This is a full-time on-site position for a Data Center Support Engineer located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of data center infrastructure, including monitoring alerts, managing servers, storage, and network devices. Candidates should have a strong awareness of data center environments and be prepared to provide 24x7 support.

• Monitor the physical conditions of servers and IT infrastructure
• Manage network cables, routers, and other equipment
• Supervise HVAC, power, and other systems vital to data center operations
• Support access control systems for physical security
• Manage IT hardware and software
• Provide 24x7 support
