We are seeking a Data Modeler with expertise in designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support enterprise data architecture, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, data architects, and engineers to create efficient and scalable data models that align with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for business applications, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
- Define data entities, attributes, relationships, and constraints to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data architects to gather requirements and translate them into data models.
- Optimize database structures for performance, scalability, and data retrieval efficiency.
- Work with ETL developers and data engineers to ensure seamless data integration across systems.
- Implement data governance best practices, including metadata management, data lineage, and data quality rules.
- Maintain and document data dictionaries, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and data mappings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, BCBS 239).
- Support data migration, transformation, and integration projects by providing data modeling expertise.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in data modeling or database design.
- Strong expertise in data modeling tool ERwin.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of data normalization, denormalization, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning.
- Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to translate business requirements into technical designs.
