TCS is seeking a Digital Channel Solution Architect with proven experience in digital channel development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital channel technologies, including mobile and web development, APIs, microservices, and content management systems (CMS). Hands-on experience with detailed microservices design using Java/.Net is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of digital channel solutions including web and mobile applications, chatbots, and social media integrations.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric design approach, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences across digital channels.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics for the optimization of digital channel solutions.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure digital solutions comply with industry standards for data privacy and security.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for enhancing performance and cost optimization within digital architectures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, designers, and development teams to gather requirements and drive solution delivery.
- Documentation and Governance: Maintain comprehensive documentation and adherence to architectural governance processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Initiate processes that enhance the efficiency and innovation of solution delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in digital channel development.
- Strong knowledge of digital channel technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
- Proficiency in architecture design principles and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Java/.Net and understanding of microservices designs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are desirable.
