About the Job:
This full-time position for an HCM-SuccessFactors EC Consultant is located on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires proficiency in Arabic and includes working with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) – Employee Central (EC) among other modules.

Job Description:

  • Required Technical Skill Set: SAP SuccessFactors (SF) – Employee Central (EC), MDF, Foundation objects, Business rules, XML, workflow.
  • Must-Have Skills:
    • Lead requirement gathering workshops independently.
    • Implement SF EC core and modules such as Time Off, Timesheet, and benefits independently while guiding the team on technical and functional aspects.
    • Knowledge on Integration Centre for various integrations with EC as required.
    • Experience in end-to-end implementation of Employee Central, including Timesheet and Time Off.
    • Hands-on configuration expertise in Position Management, Foundational Objects, MDF, Workflows, pick list management, RBP, Time off, data models, and ad hoc reports in Employee Central.
    • Configuration experience in Job Information, Compensation Information, and country-specific Employee data.
    • Create and configure Time Management Objects such as Holiday, Holiday Calendar, Work Schedule, Time Type, and Time Profile within the SAP SuccessFactors system.
    • Experience in HRIS Sync from EC to other data (one-directional).
    • Modify Employee Central Succession, CSF Succession, Corporate, Rules, and other data models through XML.
    • Utilize expertise in accrual rules, calculation, and recalculation processes within the Employee Central module.
    • Configure the Timesheet module to align with organizational requirements.
    • Manage and oversee time off calendar jobs to ensure accurate processing of time off requests.
  • Desired Experience:
    • Benefit module knowledge.
    • Public sector experience.
  • Good-to-Have: Experience in other SF modules.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Obtain certification in HCM – SF Employee Central.
  • Deliver SF EC implementation in accordance with public labor law.
  • Apply SAP best practices along with SAP Activate methodologies.
  • Implement any necessary custom solutions or business configurations.
  • Provide customer training in Arabic.
  • Manage and monitor project-related issues, escalating as necessary.
