Position

The Cigna Group is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the successful delivery of projects related to the KSA market. The ideal candidate will coordinate between regulatory bodies and Cigna to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technology solutions. The Business Analyst will also manage future change requirements and act as the point of contact for future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Provide detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to guide development teams and ensure business needs are met.
  • Support development teams with project clarifications and align business with technical teams.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to clarify requirements and support business testing efforts.
  • Act as the Business Analyst for mega client onboarding changes, regulatory changes, and member addition/policy upload projects.
  • Serve as a link between business and development teams for pre-auth, claims, customer care, and regulatory projects.
  • Work with external project teams, including service providers and regulators, to deliver high-quality BRDs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and align business processes with client needs.
  • Expedite bug fixes during business testing by coordinating with development teams and reporting on critical issues.
  • Design clear and detailed business process flows to optimize operations and enhance system functionality.
  • Ensure all assigned projects are updated promptly and accurately in the internal project management tool.
  • Share regular status reports with stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Report business feedback to internal teams and propose actionable improvements to enhance project outcomes.
  • Support new joiners by providing guidance on systems, processes, and business analysis activities.
  • Assist other business functions with proposed solutions, Project Initiation Document (PID) submissions, and delivered services inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software, or a related field.
  • Experience with regulatory changes on regulated systems and services (e.g., Nphies, Najim, CHI upload, TAHAQAQ, Yakeen) is a plus.
  • Exposure to the insurance industry is beneficial.
