As an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, you will join Cigna's technology team, responsible for developing and maintaining digital applications and services for our growing Middle East region. Working within an agile team, your primary role will be to implement and support the rollout of the Oracle Fusion Financials solution to enhance our health services and insurance businesses. The team is expanding to support a major initiative aimed at improving the application ecosystem, enabling business growth in new markets across the MEA region and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a foundational project for the future technology stack used across our international operations.
You are an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with a proven record of delivering at least two end-to-end implementations of the Fusion Financials product set. You possess strong experience with the following financials modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and General Ledger (GL). Staying current with Oracle enhancements, releases, and roadmaps is a must. You enjoy solving complex technical problems creatively.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and technical design workshops for new and existing business requirements.
- Identify and map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and cross-functional modules.
- Collaborate with users and team members to configure the system and resolve issues during and post-implementation.
- Lead data migration and integration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
- Analyze impact and propose solutions for enhancement requests.
- Assist businesses with unit/system integration testing.
- Ensure implementation partners configure the system according to agreed designs.
- Build long-term strategies in collaboration with Finance and business teams.
- Create and conduct instructor-led application training.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Financials Consultant.
- At least 2 successful EBS implementation/support projects.
- Subject matter expert within the Oracle Fusion ERP financials domain (AP, AR, FA, CM, GL).
- Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Tax.
