Position

As an Oracle Technical Consultant, you will join the Cigna technology team responsible for building and maintaining integrations to support our rapidly growing Middle East region. Working as part of an agile team, you will lead the technical efforts for integrating various solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Services within our insurance businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major change initiative to expand our application ecosystem and enable business growth in new markets across the MEA region and beyond. You will be instrumental in laying the foundations for our future technology stack, which will be used across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage all OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS & App Composer across core fusion.
  • Manage end-to-end data integration implementations using Oracle technology.
  • Administer ODI and manage load balancing & data warehousing concepts.
  • Design databases and demonstrate relational and dimensional data modeling skills.
  • Manage high data volume environments and performance tuning in ODI.
  • Build necessary queries, functions, packages, triggers, and stored procedures in PL/SQL and T/SQL.
  • Ensure data quality and manage governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with development teams on data models and loading methodologies.
  • Build database scripts for integration with release pipelines in Dev, UAT & Prod environments.
  • Support existing custom solutions/processes built on PaaS.
  • Build BI Reports, OTBI reports, and write SQL data extraction queries.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Integration Consultant.
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations of OIC.
  • Experience providing post-go live support for projects.
  • Expert level proficiency using Oracle tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow, PL/SQL, Fusion Middleware).
  • Knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP Integration components.
  • Experience with business requirements, technical analysis, coding, testing, and implementation in software environments.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Oracle PaaS Certification.
  • Previous project experience in finance transformation.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
