About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Linux Software Engineer with expertise in multiple programming and scripting languages, Linux systems, driver development, and DevOps practices. Your responsibilities will extend to leading board bring-up and platform integration tasks. This involves not only customizing device trees and kernel configurations but also seamlessly integrating downstream packages and modules for optimal system performance.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Linux, with a focus on kernel and drivers, including compilation and debugging.
- Experience with Nix OS is a plus.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with embedded Linux build systems (such as Yocto, Buildroot, or Nix).
- Experience with one or more of the following languages: Go, C, C++, Python, or Bash.
- Experience in driver development and system-level build tools like Make or CMake.
- Understanding of networking and security protocols.
- Knowledge of network security best practices.
- Familiarity with advanced MLOps practices, with knowledge of tools like MLFlow, model quantization, and PyTorch being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of research and/or industry experience.
