We are seeking an experienced Manager, Technical Solutions to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions, specializing in the digitalization of manufacturing, warehousing, and agriculture. This role requires deep technical expertise in IoT, IIoT, AI, and robotics, combined with strategic vision to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:
Lead the design and architecture of digital transformation solutions leveraging IoT, IIoT, robotics, and AI for manufacturing, warehouse, and agriculture sectors.
- Create scalable, robust architectures utilizing autonomous robots, humanoids, Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems, AI/ML, IoT devices, and connectivity platforms.
- Evaluate current technical landscapes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Technical Leadership & Strategy:
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Robotics, IoT & IIoT, including applications in industrial automation, warehouse automation, smart city, smart agriculture, and more.
- Lead strategic partnerships with system integrators (SIs) to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and industry needs.

Program Management & Execution:
Oversee end-to-end solution design, implementation, and support for external clients.
- Lead the evaluation of technology stacks, infrastructure, and security frameworks to ensure seamless deployment.
- Work with delivery teams and engineers to design scalable and secure IoT architectures.

Innovation & Industry Expertise:
Develop cutting-edge solutions using Robotics, Humanoids, AI, ML, machine vision, IoT/IIoT platforms, MES, WMS, WCS, precision farming, and Agritech platforms.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for system enhancements.
- Drive ideation sessions and consulting workshops to foster creativity in digital transformation.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in technical solution design and implementation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Mechatronics.
- Strong expertise in robotic automation, humanoids, AGVs, AMRs, AI, machine vision, ASRS, and smart agriculture.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial protocols (OPCUA, Modbus, CAN, BACnet, ROS, GraphNav, NDVI, satellite image analysis, industry robot programming languages, IT/OT integration).
- Hands-on experience with microservices, Docker environments, data modeling, AI training, and networking.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in IoT-enabled systems.
- Certified in IoT platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in partner ecosystem development for technology solutions.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to senior leadership.
- Background in digital transformation, automation, and AI-driven industrial applications.
