Business Analyst - CRM

About the Job:
Virtusa is seeking a Business Analyst with CRM expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst combined with Data Analysis skills, particularly in tools like PowerBI and Tableau for data visualization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing high-performance data visualizations, reports, and dashboards, as well as providing ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and offering solutions to guide clients.
• Supporting rapid prototyping and coordinating business requests with both clients and the Business Analytics Designer.
• Independently managing both functional and technical projects with minimal oversight.
• Creating detailed requirements documents and test strategy documents, as well as executing tests and triaging issues.

The candidate should possess strong SQL skills and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Business Analysis and Development processes. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
