Data Engineer - Informatica BDM

About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) mechanisms using Informatica Big Data Management 10.2.X. The ideal candidate will excel in various push-down modes utilizing Spark, Blaze, and Hive execution engines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Development and deployment of dynamic mapping use cases.
• Transforming and loading complex data sources, including unstructured and No SQL data sources.
• Proficiency in Hive database operations, including Hive DDL, partitioning, and Hive Query Language.
• Understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark, Hive).
• Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience with Oracle/Sybase/SQL databases.
• Knowledge of data lake implementation and dimensional data modeling.
• Ability to comprehend requirements and document functional specifications, design specifications, and mapping specifications.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Strong background in Informatica Big Data Management.
• Experience with complex data sources and transformation processes.
• Proficient in working with Hive and understanding of Hadoop ecosystem technologies.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with various database technologies.
