Role Requirements:

• Experience in IBM BPM and IBM BPM Process Designer.
• Strong understanding of IBM BPM architecture and concepts including process center, process server, process applications, and toolkits.
• Proficiency in BPMN notifications and concepts, including BPD development-related tasks such as decision gateways, joins, splits, and routing policies.
• Hands-on experience with variables, business objects, environment variables, integration services (including databases and web services), and IBM BPM 7.x/8.x coach views.
• Familiarity with creating and using Ajax services, as well as basic knowledge of CSS and JavaScript.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is essential.
