Role Requirements:

Experience in IBM BPM and IBM BPM Process Designer.
Strong understanding of IBM BPM architecture and concepts including process center, process server, process applications, and toolkits.
Proficiency in BPMN notifications and concepts, including BPD development-related tasks such as decision gateways, joins, splits, and routing policies.
Hands-on experience with variables, business objects, environment variables, integration services (including databases and web services), and IBM BPM 7.x/8.x coach views.
Familiarity with creating and using Ajax services, as well as basic knowledge of CSS and JavaScript.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is essential.
