As a Senior Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our campaigns. You will work closely with a creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop eye-catching visuals that enhance brands and engage audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts.
- Generate creative ideas that align with clients' needs.
- Deepen your understanding of clients’ businesses, brands, and consumers.
- Stay informed about the latest communication trends through ongoing research.
- Coordinate with production to ensure feasibility and execution of ideas.
- Produce sketches, storyboards, and art layouts to bring creative visions to life.
- Develop the visual appearance of campaigns, ensuring creative integrity and innovation.
- Attend client presentations and effectively present work, incorporating feedback.
- Attend photo shoots and recordings, ensuring adherence to creative requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues in the Creative and Account Management departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency.
- Experience across multiple media, including films, social, activations, digital, and tech.
- Strong creative and conceptual portfolio demonstrating versatility.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Photographic skills are a bonus.
- Language Requirements: Arabic speaking is a plus.
