Senior UI Designer

• Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop high-quality visual designs from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
