Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete KYC documentation, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Support the processing and closure of MRS requests within specified timelines.
- Obtain customer signatures on required documents and actively follow up on pending items.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of operational tasks.
- Assist in addressing Compliance, Audit, and operational requirements, following senior team guidance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions and customer information.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality, efficient day-to-day operational services.
- Escalate issues and exceptions to supervisors as needed, maintaining smooth operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all KYC documentation and MRS requests.
- Maintain a high level of compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of KYC and AML regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various teams and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to effective collaboration.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and regulations.
