Associate Social Media

The Associate Social Media is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager with advertising campaigns, pricing strategies, and targeting the demographic data of the target audience. Working with the wider marketing teams to achieve success through more brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing local advertising, promotional campaigns, and event management as per the department quarterly plan, brand guidelines, and budget.
• Ensure that the company is well positioned as a brand in the local market and reaches the right audience to optimize market share.
• Ensure that brand awareness, base expansion (acquisitions), and frequency (orders) are the focal results for any social media activity.
• Identify new trends on social media that allow for brand exposure and local relevance.
• Monitor responses to customer inquiries and comments on all social media platforms within 3 hours.
• Continuously be aware of the latest trends and events and evaluate how the company brand can impact its presence.
• Facilitate campaign requirements requested by the Marketing Manager with the local Sales team, ensuring content, offers, and details are clearly briefed by the Commercial and Partnership teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize; considered a solutions provider rather than a bottleneck.
• Energized by learning every day on the job.
• Holistic understanding of 360 campaigns.
• Alignment and direction with creative agencies, media agencies, and influencer agencies.
• Background in video production and content creation.
• Local understanding of the national influencer scope.
