You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services in a cloud-native environment. Working closely with the frontend, blockchain, and SAP integration teams, you’ll ensure data flows securely and efficiently across a modular microservices architecture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain Node.js microservices for key modules such as Off-Plan Sales and Escrow Management.
- Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS/Azure.
- Integrate with systems like SAP S/4HANA, UAE Pass, and Payment Gateways.
- Design robust data models and asynchronous workflows using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and API security best practices.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and code reviews within an Agile team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of backend development experience, with strong Node.js (Express.js, NestJS).
- Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven systems.
- Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and secure API integration.
- Exposure to SAP or blockchain systems is an advantage.
