The company is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled BIM Coordinator to join our busbar engineered-to-order (ETO) team. In this full-time position based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, the BIM Coordinator will report to the Design Manager and will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for busbar routes in commercial and data center buildings. This role involves close collaboration with mechanical design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs comply with agency standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare busbar layout 3D models and 2D shop drawings based on project requirements.
- Conduct review meetings on project execution with relevant project team members.
- Track and communicate BOQ changes to the Design Manager and project team.
- Communicate effectively with the Design Manager regarding drawing and specification discrepancies.
- Complete each project design on or before the estimated date.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while in the factory and at the site.
- Print necessary documents while minimizing paper usage.
- Maintain and update drawing locations and output files properly to the Design Manager.
- Adhere to the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Policy.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator, preferably in data center and high-rise building projects.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D drafting using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflow and familiarity with local and cloud server collaboration.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and best practices for drafting technical BIM drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and NavisWorks required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Light lifting (2-10 kg)
