The company is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled BIM Coordinator to join our busbar engineered-to-order (ETO) team at our Ras Al Khaimah, UAE location. The BIM Coordinator will report to the Design Manager and will work on the creation of accurate and detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for busbar routes for commercial and data center buildings. This role will collaborate closely with mechanical design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs comply with agency and industry standards, as well as customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare busbar layout 3D models and 2D shop drawings based on project requirements.
- Conduct review meetings with the project team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Communicate BOQ changes and drawing discrepancies to the Design Manager.
- Complete each project design by the estimated date.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while in the factory and at the site.
- Forward drawings to the Design Manager for approval and follow up on pending inputs.
- Maintain zero error in design at project closeout and properly update drawing locations of working and output files.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a BIM Coordinator role, preferably in data center and high-rise building projects.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D drafting using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and familiarity with work collaboration in local and cloud servers.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and best practices for drafting technical BIM drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and NavisWorks required.
- Excellent communication skills.
