Key Responsibilities:
- BIM Modeling & Management: Set up, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates; ensure models are structured correctly for multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Lead BIM coordination meetings, perform regular clash detection, and collaborate with design teams to resolve technical conflicts.
- Standards Enforcement: Implement and enforce the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring adherence to established LOD (Level of Development) standards.
- Data Integration: Oversee the integration of non-graphical asset data within BIM models to support 4D, 5D, and 6D requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality control audits on 3D models and 2D documentation to verify accuracy and compliance.
- Training & Support: Provide technical support, mentoring, and troubleshooting guidance on BIM software and digital workflows.
Required Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional BIM certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in BIM implementation and coordination on large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Civil 3D, Dynamo, or Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and openBIM principles (IFC, COBie).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; ability to convey complex technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
