You will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring that project models meet the company's high standards, client requirements, and international BIM frameworks. Your role will involve bridging the gap between design teams, project managers, and contractors to drive digital delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- BIM Modeling & Management: Setup, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates, ensuring correct structure for multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Lead BIM coordination meetings, perform regular clash detection and interference analysis using Navisworks, and collaborate with design teams to resolve technical conflicts.
- Standards Enforcement: Implement and enforce the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring adherence to established LOD standards and naming conventions.
- Data Integration: Oversee the integration of non-graphical asset data within BIM models to support downstream requirements (4D, 5D, and 6D).
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality control audits on 3D models and documentation verification for accuracy and compliance.
- Training & Support: Provide technical support, mentoring, and troubleshooting for engineers and modelers on BIM software and workflows.
Required Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS) are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in BIM implementation and coordination on large-scale infrastructure or mega-projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Civil 3D, Dynamo, or Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and openBIM principles (IFC, COBie).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position based on-site in Tabuk, KSA. Candidates must be willing to relocate or be based full-time in the location.
